Wow! Even though I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, I had no idea that he was truly God! I guess you can tell I studied another lesson over at the Church of God World Mission Society. I spell the name out because my friend also goes to a Church of God, BUT IT IS NOT THE SAME! I just wanna make that clear. Not all Church of Gods are created equal cause the church my friend goes to only puts Jesus at the level of the Son of God, even though he’s the Lord. However, I learned at the Church of God World Mission Society that the Bible does show that Jesus is God the Father, but came in the role of a son using a different name. It’s so amazing! There’s just too much to explain in one post. I’ll try one explaination about the Holy Trinity:

H2O Holy Smokes! There IS A Holy Trinity!

It’s the same as the states of matter for water, which is chemically H2O. In its natural state, it is a liquid called water. Taking acup of water and freezing it turns it to a solid form called ice. Even that same block of ice can be melted at a boiling point to be turned into a gas form called vapor. No matter what form the water takes and no matter what it is called, it is still the natural chemical of H2O. The same thing can be applied to God!

Even though we know God as Our Heavenly Father (and His name WAS Jehovah in the Old Test., I’m NOTwitnessing to Jehovah!) the Father came as a man 2000 years ago using the name Jesus as the role of the son. Also, the Holy Spirit is not some “energy” of God, (like what they taught us out there!) it’s God Himself. Even though Jesus is our only Counselor, look what the Bible also says (I never knew!)

John 14:26 “But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.”

My goodness! How clear is that! Even though I haven’t seen the word “Holy Trinity” in the Bible, it obviously exists!
